In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by fb7701's gaming system shall be considered the authoritative source of truth. Players who have exhausted fb7701's internal dispute resolution process and remain dissatisfied may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaint channels.
